Volunteering for Friendship Circle

1.pngREGISTER to volunteer

The mission of Friendship circle is to enhance the lives of children with special needs by connecting them with friends in a wide range of social and recreational programs, providing their parents with respite and support and enriching the high school years of teen volunteers by giving them an inspiring opportunity to affect the life of a child.

This mission is rooted in the Jewish ideal of making the world a better place for everyone in it through the practice of good deeds.  Improving the lives of children with special needs and their families through the collective efforts of a volunteering community creates an extensive circle of friendship that truly changes lives.

Once your registration has been accepted, Morgan, the Volunteer Coordinator, will be contacting each volunteer to set up a coffee outing or a tour of the building. Getting to know each volunteer will help create the most successful volunteer opportunities for everyone.  Depending on the program selected and the time of year you have registered there may be a delay of 1-2 weeks before your child will be able to participate in programs.
